Hello, and welcome to the NEW Globby Permit thread.

What is a Globby Permit?

A Globby Permit is a 'Free Pass' in highsec and lowsec. You will not be killed by Globby or any of his fleet members if you have a Globby Permit. You will not be bumped by Globby if you have a Globby Permit. You will not be smartbombed in lowsec if you have a Globby Permit.

How do I know I can trust you?

I (will) keep a list of every single Globby Permit holder in this thread. You will be able to look at both my kills and their losses, and if any match up, you know I don't honor my claims. Besides, 50 million ISK isn't a huge price to pay regardless.

Why would I ever buy one?

I have the ability to kill freighters in highsec by myself, without help, and there is nothing you can do about it (other than, you know, not autopilot.) I bump on every single freighter killing fleet and FC them quite often. If you want to transport things through highsec at all, you should probably buy a permit.


(NOTE: The CODE. supersedes any and all jurisdiction in highsec. If you are found to be breaking The New Halaima Code of Conduct, The CODE, or any other writ of James 315, your Globby Permit will be removed and refunded on the spot immediately, and you will be given notification via evemail.)

And as always, any member of CCP or the ISD have free permits, just send me an evemail ingame and I'll add you to my list! This offer could not possibly get any better!

This sounds like a really good value for the money. Are there any benefits or packages for players who aren't into hauling?

I am a very successful person. If there is any way for me to bend the rules of EVE (legally) to gain an advantage, I will do it. I am a danger to all of my enemies, and an asset to all of my allies.

Add dates to when a new customer purchases his permit, so if he's someone you've killed in the past doesn't get flagged as a false positive when people check.

I hate to ask you Globby, but how can you ensure that you don't smartbomb permit-holders? You would have to turn off your smartbombs whenever a permit-holder is in local in order to protect them. It seems that someone of the right...disposition could just purchase a Globby Permit and follow you around so you could never smartbomb anyone anymore.

We wouldn't want that to happen, would we?

I know Globby as the notorious Hyperdunker, but he did very clearly lay out in the OP that his Globby Permits cover his smartbombing activity as well:
