I dislike having to scroll to the top of the page to return to the forum index. The Forum Jump dropdown list doesn't redirect if the same forum is selected (nevermind that searching through the list is annoying). It would be nice if there was a Forum Index link (or breadcrumbs) at the bottom of threads.
