Variable stats for ships with active ship building game

Clearly you have never been to nullsec. There are more supers and titans out here than there are T1 frigates in Jita. And yes, a great many of them are officer fit.

Also supers and titans have other factors that limit their usefulness. Such as jump fatigue and and a general uselessness against smaller ships. An improved version of the Thorax for example would not have such limitations.

Clearly you have never been to nullsec. Most people are not "running around" in supers. They hardly ever log on, except for the odd timer in home systems. Because of jump changes they are hardly ever used in deployments. Those supers that are active, yes, they are officer fit. But compare the cost of officer modules to the cost of the ship, and it makes a little more sense. Attempting to equate supers having officer fits to what I am proposing is at best a terrible attempt at humor.

Clearly you have never been to nullsec, they are used for dropping on random roaming gangs all the time. They are used just as often as subcaps, they just don't go very far from their towers. And if its such a bad comparison, why did you bring it up?

Supers also brought up iirc as his idea of cost limiting spamming. Which would be valid...if in his idea a custom frigate or even bs was charged at the billions upon billions a mommy goes for. However I'd see say a custom frigate going more than a pirate but not by much. At some point people have to sell these things. Assuming a much better chance at failure than success in the invent at some point inventors will need to recoup costs of the process.


If I wanted a custom minmatar AF that cost several billions....I'd buy a damn freki lol (if I had the isk ofc). BS would be the same. Even at max market price of say vindi when over 1 billion easy....people still ran these in noticeable amounts. And machs as well.
