There's really nothing of value about your character.

It doesn't have much SP beyond the starting SP values back in 2008. It's only a 2008 char, so no value for being "old". The three remaps and lack of corp history are nice, but are only a bonus for a char with age or appreciable skills.

Asking 500million ISK for a character transfer that costs 20 bucks/2 PLEX isn't really economically intelligent, either. Just spend 35 bucks and get yourself a GTC and pocket 900+ mil.
