So a friends eve was in windowed mode, and then put it in fullscreen mode. and now he has a blank screen he says he can hear the music but has nothing but a blank screen. He has tried the repair option, and safe mode. even tried pressing alt enter to see if that worked but still nothing.

Is this a known bug for the new patch?

Restarting the pc seem to do a trick
