On paper..that is how you fit it with tackle and the max EHP. It would seem that not only was it mining, it was also trying to 'bait'.

So, I don't think that the pilot was mining per se. Just helping a mining op and trying to bait flippers. Methinks the wrong flippers got baited.

I'm a seasoned miner (compared to your Orca pilot) and I can tell you that I'm right and you are wrong. I have mined for about 4 years already and I have suffered the wrath of suicide gankers many times over and survived. Whatever the pilot did does matter. It makes a difference between coming out alive and being podded. If the pilot was careful enough, those Proteus ships would be Concordokkened by now.

Again, I'm right about this. You are wrong about this and you are therefore unfit to carry around the badge of "Mining Director".

Its not max ehp, it just means the pilot only has access to a corp/alt/neutral armor RR, and has thus an ugly compromise fit. Extenders are max EHP for orcas.

afaik orca's are insurable, just not often insured because of the expected lifespan.
