if you press ctrl then shift it works every time, if you press shift then ctrl it never works (or maybe it was the other way round?) if you press both at the same time, I think it flips a coin Straight

I had a similar problem, due to my targets bar being too close to my high slots (they are arranged above my high slots)t. Moving the targets higher solved the problem.

If the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.   If you have a big enough hammer, every problem is a nail.
