Hello Guys

If you would like to stay in touch with the latest news about EVE from various websites and blogs then this android application will be your best friend.

This is currently only for android and most lightly will not migrate into apple.

Just so you know this is simply a RSS platform in an Android shell. so there are no security risks at all, the permissions it requires are for advanced functionality of the app which are not used in this version.

Also the people who may worry about this taking views away from your website/blog, do not fear. This is a conduit between the user and your website/blog and if you do not have a full RSS feed then the option to visit the website to read the full article is available and the users will most lightly use it.

One more thing if you want to be added to the list of websites/blogs then please simply contact the developer of the application through google play.

That looks nice and simple. Me likes! Any chance of getting the TMC articles to be restricted to EVE ones?

As much as I would love to do that, the issue is that TMC only has one RSS, I could create a system to filter out the non eve related ones but I would risk missing some of them.

If The Mittani would consider creating a EVE only RSS then I could do it.

Totaleve.com also has that request in with mittani.

Yes well I will ask him about it, but something tells me if it was easy to implement then it would have been done already :S

I suppose I can try out a few methods while I wait :)

What we tried to do with TE is make it easy on mobile/tablet/desktop and I think we have.

As for the RSS for TMC they have said "unfortunately our timeframe for implementing game specific RSS is still a couple months, soon though" https://twitter.com/proceduraldave/status/530048857120329728 for EN24 again i have asked but so far nothing back yet. i did think of too filtering the RSS feeds but that would mean making another one and all that and tbh its just too much bother imho

Im working on getting a RSS from The Mittani with only the eve stuff in, so far I have the webpage but now its just to make that into a RSS feed :) Will update when I get it sorted!

Just so you all know there is a new version of EVE News released yesterday.

1.4 has added sources of news from all those happy Bloggers out there and some legit news sources :)

Also a funny story is that I lost my one blops ship while making this update because like all fools I was not paying attention :S hahaha
But it was worth it, you all will enjoy this new update!
