Looking for help running burner missions in a Hawk.

Looking for help running burner missions in a Hawk.

Anyone have any fits for the burner missions for a hawk?

I was thinking about using a hawk or a if they are far better worm as they are the frigates I have the most skill in. If I am tanked for around 120 is that enough hp? How much DMG do I need to do is ~130 good or do I need to be ~180. Also what ranges will I need to be shooting at I can only get 14 with rockets is that adequate or should I go LM?
