Dear CSM (9 and 10)

As part of the little thing and improved player quality of life, I think that the introduction of public hangar will be a very good addition to the game.

I know that, when in corporation, players have seven hangars division to share, and the director can set access to individuals and so on. However, this is a project with big scoop, and aimed to benefice all players.

I would like the same kind of hangar functionality but to share with the individuals that the owner of the public hangar wants, be then inside the corporation or not, or set access to multiple corporations. The owner will have the same control that the controller of an outpost have, as he can set permissions to individual, corporations, alliances the way he want it.

The public hangar will be rented by someone (or some corporation) and that one will pay the bills and set access level to who he want it. It will be subject to availability, as the current public offices are. If he fails to pay the bill, all stuffs will be moved to his personal hangar or to delivered hangar from the corporation owner.

That way will be easy to share assets between characters who are out of the same corporation, improving the quality of life of several alliance logistic members, and to all players in extension.
