Title says most of it
Tengu pilot preferred

For a Dread: being able to put the Capital guns or missiles(depending on race )
and of course the siege module

Budget:depending on your skills

Just post a eveboard and the price you want for it

If this is for a wh then this is the perfect Tengu pilot.

Here's a quick highlight of skills
T2 Heavy missiles
T2 Heavy Assault Missiles
Amazing Missile support and other missile skills
AWU 5

T2 Codebreaker + T2 Analyzer for Radar and Mag sites
All but 2 subs maxed
T2 shields with many level 5 supporting skills
Cybernetics 5
Astro 5 with all supporting at 4

This is also a good dread pilot so you can play both roles!

Caldari Dread 4 with Citadel skills at 4 as well.
1 skill away from being able to use a T2 Siege Module (Tactical Reconfig is level 4)
JDO 5/JDC 4/JFC 4

In addition to these wonderful strengths the character can also fly a Golem (Caldari Marauder) with perfection

T2 Cruise missiles
