Wormholes

I've returned to eve after a long break away. Since i've been back i've tried several ways to get some isk income for my accounts. I'm currently searching for an empty class 3 wormhole to put up a pos and run combat sites. However i've been looking for many hours to find an empty or abandoned wormhole and found none.

My question is, are there any empty c3 wh left or is it pointless to keep trying? Does anyone still find unoccupied ones during exploration? Am i better off joining a corporation that has already setup in wh space?

Recently I've seen more empty C3's than occupied. The problem that people have been finding with more wandering holes and other new connections makes them more difficult to live in for smaller groups than before. I know a few people who've moved out of their C3's because of that.

The short answer is yes, but with caveats.

So now you are in a C4 Pulsar, perpetuating the empty C3 thing. *golf clap*

1) Find shattered C3
2) Bring an indy in, anchor cans in a safespot
3) Fill cans with ammo, refits, etc.
4) Run sites, salvage, put loot in another can.
5) Repeat until cans are full
6) Haul out loot.
7) Repeat above until you get blown up or have gone insane from shooting red boxes all day.
