I will have to agree with the posters above, the final fault lies with the one who has done no research what so ever when getting the tattoo. If i would ever get any kind of tattoo, i would and have researched the ship out of it before even considering of actually getting one.

25% of the fault still would to the tattooer because professionalism and misinformation.

I don't care what they mean, as long as they're Chinese characters." Seems you'd want to know the meanings of the runes, if not specify them.
