When ever the server is offline I think that a link should on the OFFLINE Mode Page where subscribers can instantly check to see what the problems might be.

I also think that a Launcher Integrity Analyzer would also be a necessary tool. The LIA would check the integrity of the launcher prior to be launched for any files that might be missing or corrupt.

A link for each file or group of files missing would then allow the subscriber to download the necessary files to repair the launcher.

This would be basically like the Repair feature but would be located on the OFFLINE Mode screen along with the Server Status and reason for the server being offline.

The launcher's "offline mode" is purely due to it being unable to contact CCP's servers to get the status of the server or load the contents in the first place. The #1 reason seems to be firewalls followed closely by a corrupt launcher and missing files which can be fixed by downloading the launcher directly (link is somewhere on the forum...).
