Title says it all. Looking to get back into CAP building, need a good char to do it with.

Budget will depend on the char

Don't mind a little wasted XP, after all, few chars are perfect, but I am looking for great production capabilities.

Post away my friends, I will respond to your post, whether I like your char or not, so that we all know where we each stand.

Hi

I might sell if the offer is right. I can build all capitals as well as all T1, T2 and T3. Only one corp in history, three remaps, no waste and +5s where needed.
