I stumbled across ccp b-r video when I was looking at some pvp videos. It was only a 3min video and mentioned cfc+rus versus n3. Since it got me all interested in nullsec, is there any sources/websites explaining who are the big guys and whos fighting who? I'm reading stuff at evenews24 and I dont understand most of the content since I don't really know whos fighting who. Would be nice if there is a consolidated info that can introduce nullsec politics to newish players.

First of all there is a great source with current layout of null sec powrr blocs disposition.
Syrategic maps u may find it on dotlan or nexusflert.

Second thing is go do a home work google it, there are many topics with info available. Read about gsf, pl, bl, ncdot, hero co, rus blocs and you would understand.

And just for general info i'd say GSF and frienfs vs. Rrst of the world.

OP: As in real life, take any political coalitions and alliances with a pinch of salt. Backstabbing and intrigue can and does occur regularly since human behavior is reflected in EVE. The strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.

Here is the reality behind the facade of propaganda. NA/CFC have an understanding. Each owns what we'll call a forest (regions). Each forest has deer (renters). Each alliance freely allows the other to hunt on their property with no recourse. Rent, taxes. The height of carebearing in Eve Online. b. b. but I thought these were the mean pvp alliances... no. Carebearing at it's most refined state.

No one is fighting.

Null is safer than Hi-sec and the null bears there make a ton of isk doing pve.

That's mainly because the people who could be directly doing something about them are too busy making useless snarky comments about them on some forum or another.

just recently I roamed thru Branch and found a ton of systems.. blanket empty it was kinda sad.. what was even worse was the fact this was cfc country and they have way many empty spaces they control and own. for no one else to play in.. this is wrong..

then I thought.. you know its not goons that are the problem its CCP cause CCP fails at keeping players enough to fill up those empty systems..

and you know im right about this.. .the uber elistist ccp and the HTFU crowd ran so many new players out that now there's huge and im talking HUGE chunks in space that are empty.. including spots where they added "new" content..

its such an epic obvious waste of resources that they do not and will not discuss it..

go see for yourself..

I never said YOU lack players no you don't.. but the game lacks players cause obviously the CCP filled up new eden with worthless space..

In this respect we should thank CFC for being here.
Nobody else would sink the hundreds of billions they do in to Sov bills because as pointed out, the space is completely useless.

Everyone in null does it. Most null systems when fully upgraded can hos at best six of fewer people at any one time and they would earn less than you can earn from highsec level 3 missions. The very best null systems can host 10 rtters and you earn less than highsec level 4 missions.

It is a long standing problem we have been begging CCP to fix for a decade. We are hoping the sov changes due to be announced at fanfest changes this.
