Tickets aren't selling - obviously not enough people interested in winning a jump freighter - cancelling lottery and refunding ticket sales.

All working fine now and ticket purchases have logged correctly so we're all good. For some reason my API key was invalid, making a new one seems to have fixed it.

Has been 11 days and have sold about a dozen tickets, clearly not enough interest to sell 800 tickets in 21 day deadline I set, so am cancelling this lottery. I will go refund the tickets already bought. Prowler bump prize will still be awarded as stated earlier.
