ECE monitors your clipboard and when it detects a cargo scan, it queries EVEPraisal.com to get an approximate value. It then displays it on the bottom right of your screen.

No tabbing out, really fast.

How to use:

Start the program.
Play EVE and perform a cargo scan
Copy the cargo scan ( CTRL+A, CTRL+C )
Wait for the notification

Downloaded and tried. Will use permanently. Great job. Simple and does it's job well.

Edit: Although, requesting the ability to modify the delay on how long the pop-up stays up, as it would be a wonderful addition. ;)
