Mobile Directional Scan Inhibitor

We have had several devices introduced.... some good, others pretty bad.

However, now we introduce "Mobile Directional Scan Inhibitor" or MDSi. Finally we will be able to make stations, POS and other fixed structures dissapear. These devices will be one time use, and 72hr cycle time. It will make anything within 80km radius dissapear. Or more correctly, not show up on directional scan.

An entire fleet hidden from scan Twisted

Its the one device U´K always wanted but never had.

This mobile device allready exists , its called a Mobile scan inhibitor has a life time of 1 h and makes everything (but it self) invisable to both probes and dscan . Its operational range is 30km.

You should be aware, though, that when the scan inhibitor shows up on D-scan, all I see is "don't look here, I'm totally not hiding barely-defended valuable assets."

IMHO it should last until destroyed, that way it could also be used to hide assets or fleets in a POS on a longer term basis

then some one is using it wrong this is not worth it to hide a small area on D-scan but you can place it during a fight and anyone with in the 30km can't use their D-scan and as such you can us it to hide what is coming in to reinforce
