but would like to move to a better PvE ship, I'm looking at a drake for now and maybe a cerberus in the future (still need to train for it).

I'd just like some help on how to improve these fits and wether they are good trains (can fly the drake but need to train for HACs)

Your fits are alright, however you need to think about putting a propulsion mod on your ships, AB to reduce incoming DPS or mwd to quickly move around.

Now, about what to train next. In your place, I would not go towards the drake, since it does not lead to a lot of pvp ships or "advanced pve" ships.

If i were you, I'll max the cerberus. Getting HAC to a reasonable level will allow you, after training hybrid, to fit in your alliance's eagle comp. Furthermore, you will be able to train for a tengu which allows you to run some complexes when properly fit.

So, start working on T2 missiles, T2 drones, and in a few months you will have very good skills, and you might start thinking about training another race, or training toward battleships. Gallente comes to mind as a second race, with drones and hybrids in mind.

HACs would take a couple of weeks and I already have caldari battlecruiser, I also have gallente cruiser to 3 and all other races frig and everone but minnies dessies. I am looking at the drake for now (but not long term) and will fit a prop mod (thx for reminding me ) but I'll get T2 missiles drones ect working in the near future (need to get my intie and AF stuff up first).

That fit is in every way superior to yours, also don't use navy lights they're far too easy to kill and expensive to replace. T2 lights are easy to train for you should shoot for those.

But yours is omni-tanked and I only get sansha rats so the 2 adaptives are useless, another EM or thermal will help. Also my fit is passive regen based but yours seems to work better in EFT and give me better rsists (with a bit of tweaking

well you never said anything about sansha rats so I just made an omni one.

Replace the 2 adaptives with em/thermal and you get a sansha ship

50-100k range be enough and at that range is an MWD okf or sig bloom
