So you have 50M+ SP, and you still play solo because:

No guilt

Thats why people enjoys blob wars. Masses provides anonymity and no feeling attached..

You kill one, you are murderer, you kill an nation you are other nation hero.

Same here. And tbh I might have stayed the same way even in that other MMO if not for the fact that some of my RL friends had a guild going already and so I just joined that and got hooked on the whole raiding thing. But being in a guild there is all positives and no wardecs, so even though I don't do much arranged group stuff anymore I still hang about.

What the **** does solo play have to do with hisec? So many stupid people here its literally amazing that 39111 were able to log onto the game.

3/10 for getting so many people to assume a stupid notion.

This is a pretty dumb question tbh.

I PVP solo because I can just log in and go for it and it's more challenging, therefore more rewarding.

I don't really get how you can be so opposed to the possibility, which is suggested by the snarky nature of most of your suggestions in the OP.

A lot of good points have already been made on this thread as to the why some people - such as myself - prefer to play solo, so I won't repeat them.

I've been in corps and such a long time ago, and I'm aware there are some aspects of the game I'm missing out on because I solo. But on the other hand, from where I'm sitting at least, the sort of bullsh*t, crap and nonsense that go along with being in a corp / alliance that I don't have to put up with, more than make up for those things I may miss out on.

Some people may have all these social needs in-game that need to be catered to, or they may feel like they want to "belong", and be part of "something bigger than themselves", or simply they may just enjoy following and have others take charge and do the planning and thinking for them.

Not me. I like to play at my pace, doing whatever I want, whenever I want, and however I want to do it, without following nor babysitting others.

BECAUSE, .....the CORP is a LIE. NOW, why the flip do you care how I or anyone else plays the game? does it bother you that not everyone plays like you? you mad? you hatin?.......exactly, who cares but you and some other trolls lol move on, nothing to see here

Have you met these players of Eve?

About 90% of them just suck at being human beings in general.

Why would I want to be in a corp with the lot of them?

tl;dr

1) Most FCs are crap
2) Most CEO's couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag
3) Most people want you to play THEIR game, not yours

All the rest is crap.

What I observe is that in-game you meet the worst of the worst but out of game you meet some good people. But I think that this is because someone who is actually going to attend an event like a meet and greet or fanfest is, "out of the box", a better personality to begin with.

Someone who sits there noob-harvesting and smack talking all day in a garbage filled room or house, death posters all over the wall, sees Klebold and Harris (Columbine HS shooters) as heroes for all the tears they invoked, and other such characteristics, are highly unlikely to ever come out of their holes, physically as well as mentally. Such blackened little souls existed before, it's just that the internet gives them a portal beyond their private hell.
