I use MS-DOS Editor edit.com which does convey the spacing as intended.

As for spreadsheets, I design my own information systems as to how I organize my data.
It is more possible to automate.

By the way, the program doesn't include Manufacturing yet. Mind you, it will include values for many parts, even if indirectly.
It is automated and not ingame, and not affecting ingame values.

Right now , I am mostly concerned about finding information related to it.
