I'm not sure that I comprehend what you are describing. Someone is tackling you, for them to do that without being destroyed by Concord, you must be in low sec or null sec.

Perhaps you mean tickling you but my current bet is that you are intoxicated with beverages that make the necessity for making sense perceived as less important.
