Kim, whatever you may think of her, is a soldier. Duels of State supersede personal duels at any rate. If she does, it's not because of honor, it's because like any criminal, you need to be put down.

Want to duel? Want to build something that matters instead of living like a vulture? Come in out of the cold, join a militia, pay off your debt to society and regain you honor. Go join the Federation. If you care about your people, maybe you could do something constructive to help them?
