cant get resub special price

Ok I wanted to take advantage of the new email offer I got where I can resub one of my inactive accounts for $4.95 and get the names shot into Near Space or whatever it is they say they'll do.

I go to pay and it's telling me $9.95 not $4.95. What's up with that? I don't want to pay that much because I'll not be using that account other than to get the Holiday gifts, and contract over whatever is in that account into my active account.

anyways... I'm wondering why it says one price then when I go to pay it says another.....

Without seeing the actual e-mail, we can only guess. Your best bet is to petition, either in-game or from the website.

ok I see the problem now after looking more closely: It says the offer is to a recent trial account. I did make one last spring that I completely forgot about. That's the one they want to give the offer to. My mistake... sorry ....
