Looking to buy a Gallente Ishtar Pilot with no history and positive standing and balance.

Should be able to fly HAC's with T2 modules and T2 Drones.

Cant exactly fly an Ishtar or use sentry drones either..

Can Fly Thanatos

Has Lvl 5 Fighters

Has t2 Light/Med/Sentry Drones

Can fly T2/3 Gallente Frigate/Cruiser/Battleship

Has T2 hybrid small/med/large guns

Can Fly Blackops/Marauders - just needs skill book

Has lvl 5 Exhumers with t2 crystals

Can fly Gallente T2 Transport

Can fly JF just needs skill book

Can do t2 production as well as research/invention

Great main / WH character (orca for hole closing PI gas plus more)
