WTB good Subcap Pilot between 80-100 mill SP

As the Title says looking for a subcap pilot between 80 and 100 mil SP should be able to fly any ship from all 4 races decent drones skills would be appretiated as well doesnt need to have BS skills to 5 .In no rush to buy the toon since it will only be used for secondary staging system so i will be picky and wont go for completly overpriced toons Big smile

Also a Toon that has no awoxing history in the CFC and isnt blacklisted by the CFC would defenatly be prefered.
