my order was updated about 3 and half minutes ago, while his less than 2 minutes ago, so my order should be on top. I have noticed this a few times already...

If someone matches your price they will look to be the first to sell but they won't. If someone tries to buy from them, you'll get the order

When 2 orders are matched the one that PLACED first gets filled first.

If you check the "Expires in" column, you'll notice that the other trader set 7 days whereas you set 30 days.
Orders that expire sooner are listed above orders that run longer, when the price is the same. However, from what I've seen I very much believe (not 100% sure, though) that the older order still fills first despite being listed on second place.

I think you are right. I decided not to bother updating the order and just watched it. At some point I had few items bought from me, even though his order was seemingly on top.
1 more new thing learned today :)

This is correct. And even if their order appears to be above yours if yours was placed first yours will still be filled first.
Test it and see by quickselling one of the item.
