This doesn't stress TQ at all... in fact it doesn't even connect to TQ! This hits a copy of the TQ DB that we use for reporting purposes (refreshed every day)

This is a great feature, thanks for setting it up.

We frequently run training sessions on Singularity, and we'd time them around the server mirrors so our new members would have the most up to date skills to practice. Now we can schedule them anytime, and just force an update of skills from Tranquility.

I'm getting the confirmation message in the channel but my skills don't seem to be updating, been trying to about 3 days now. :(

Minmatar cruiser 5 completed on TQ over a week ago now, still not been copied over to Sisi.

Any ideas?

I've been trying to use this feature, I've never seen Habakuk3 in the channel, so that might explain why it never works.
I participated in the Mass Test last night, I was told the feature was still up, but I might be doing it wrong, or simply not doing it at the right place/time?

On SiSi, I join channel "CopySkills" and I type both "/CopySkillsFromTQ" and "CopySkillsFromTQ" (without slash), to no avail.
Any advice? Are there particular times when Habakuk3 is more likely to be in channel?

It is up again now. During the weekend it will probably be down for most of the time, as I am not at home.
On Monday we will probably bring this feature into the next stage, so that it works without me being logged in. I'll post more information then.

Hmmm, did you login on TQ after the skill training completed? On the day after the login it should work. Skill training is only fully completed when a character logs in.

Hi again,

We managed to implement this feature now in the same way as /moveme.

New usage: Write following into any chat channel on Singularity: /copyskills

The command reports back how many skills it copied (there is currently a known issue with this as it might report too many skills). We are still using the same nightly snap-shot from TQ for this, so it copies only those skills which were marked as completed on TQ on the previous day (and you need to login on TQ to make sure that the skill is marked as completed).

I just went on my SISI account & used the "/copyskills" command, and it indeed said something similiar to "One skill has been updated". But what happened was, that my skill go RE-SET ?.. I just lost about half of the time i've been training on it, instead of it updating to where it's at on my TQ account.. Is there a way i can un-do this ?

so i just want to ask if i found a bugg/exploit..

lost a tengu on sisi today and lost sp, then i used the copyskills and got the lost sp back in 2s.

it this okey? its the test server so i guess its okey but just wanted to be sure.

Some how I am getting some of my partial trained skills given to me fully trained tot he level they are partially trained for even though you claim it only copies fully skilled levels.

I also noticed something with the mass test SP being applied. If i ended up with not enough to really do anything useful I just threw it at a skill to flush it and it wasn't enough for the next level but it gave me the next level anyways. Possibility of abuse if this works by using 1sp out of the 2mil on a skill to get it leveled, the 2 mil could turn into a whole lot more than that.

I am convinced that this thread is monitored by the Devs that are working on this SiSi feature, so posting any bug and or hiccup in aforementioned feature here should be more than sufficient to get the message across. Big smile
