Stuck on "Downloading Eve Launcher Update"

I have re-downloaded it so many times, It works then when i log on to my computer again it gets stuck on "downloading Eve Launcher Update".
Tried to repair as well, but repair doesn't work for me either, Can anyone help me out?

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE

Purge files out of the Downloads folder and the Patches folder as well as any files that are NOT:

crash_history.crs
history.txt

Other folders (related to your eve installs) should be left alone. [C\Programsx86\ccp\eve\....... or C\SiSi or what have you]

This should reset your download.

If you're really unsure and don't mind wiping your settings, overviews, window placement, saved usernames, etc... you "could" just delete the entire folder :|

So... Clean Your Computer of the Filth That Is Eve?
and download a fresh install?
I would like to play Eve today.
With limited bandwidth, I have better things to do.

All this. From a broken update of the launcher?
