Replacement for EveMon v3

I've been running a Wine Bottled version of EveMon v3 for some time now, generally with success. However, the crucible update is going to change a bunch of stuff, including new blueprints, new ships, and changed stats on existing ships. This renders EveMon v3 somewhat out of date.

What features of EveMon do I particularly use?
- skill plans
- skill explorer: what does this skill enable
- ship stats
- skill reqs for ships and items
- blueprint info

From what I've heard, EveMon 4 uses a version of .NET that currently doesn't work in Wine. And I don't want to bootcamp or run a full-blown VM. So what options exist for me? Is there a Wine build of the latest EveMon or Eve HQ? If not, are there other apps that will meet my needs?

(For ship fitting I use Pyfa, which I am mostly happy with)

Aren't Caldari supposed to have a large signature?

I would be very happy if anyone with knowledge of C# and Wine could assist me in finding a way to make the latest EVEMon release run on Wine. The last report I had was this but noone contacted me or followed up.

Edit: I'm also trying to make EVEMon Mono compatible.

What do I need to do to run this up? Note that the only WINE environment I currently have is CodeWeavers Crossover, so if I need a different environment I'll need pointers to that also.

Aren't Caldari supposed to have a large signature?
