But um, mostly due to art dept reasons, apparently, last anyone asked.

read: Art people have a giant backlog of things they want to do but either lack the time or get tossed into suddenly higher priority things when they're set to do other stuff.

maybe someone can go dig up a link to where that was said, im too indifferent to it to go bother.

Seems like it would be fairly straight forward for the station to point at the stock station model vs the burned out one.
