Contact scandor or one of our Directors through EVE-mail or private convo for a quote. This is how it is done. Public adverts like you do here tend to be ignored and/or trolled, and/or exploited by scammers and/or will get you wardeced yourself, just because.

I am somewhat surprised at Kaelynne's lowball offer.

If I was looking to scam by billing for the service and not delivering, I'd offer to do it at 85-90% of the lowest plausible price.

75m is so obviously not a legit offer that it makes the mark suspicious.
