I was about to buy the collector's edition until I looked it up on amazon and saw it was a bit cheaper than the one advertised on the EVE store.

Is there any difference between these two?

Other than you make CCP Guard sadface if you go through Amazon... no.

While I don't own both, it appears not.

Buy the cheapest.

If you buy from the eve store, dont you get hit with some crazy outerspace shipping and handling fee since its sent by ups overseas?

Amazon is probably the best bet.

Yeah, I'd imagine shipping would probably be pretty expensive from the EVE store. I just wanted to know if there was any difference in content between the two suppliers, I couldn't believe Amazon was selling it for only 60 dollars.
