I don't see how it's a scam.. Eve-Who says the description is "No applications will be accepted in this holding corporation." for his corp. Unless you mean he's scamming (isk doubling) in which case I doubt they're going to search his name first. And it would be obvious anyway

Well It's absolutely a scam. I thought as much, but I went for it anyway.. Unfortunately.

So, he will convince you anyway he can, here's an excerpt of some of our conversation.

"I noticed on public killboards you got ganked yesterday by the same group that ganked me.
Do you want me to make you an offer to reimburse your loss?"

"I have verified your loss on public killboards. What i will do is offer you an insurance payout. Downbelow you will find the insurance payout offer and instructions on how to claim your payout."

So you'll send the money, in my case it was 16mil. Then you will be instantly blocked.

That's it, you are left dangling, perhaps extremely short of cash without whatever ship you just lost. Scum if you ask me, his bounty has increased considerably as a result.

I Just got an email from him.

The topic of the mail reads "Get your loss reimbursed" it smells like a scam to me.

It might be tempting to others but what made it funny is that he states that "Clients can put a bounty on me to thank me!" LOL both the Topic and his last sentence smells like a scam.

If it is too good to be true, it is a scam.

I received a Mail from this toon a few days ago. a rather embarassing loss i had due to a Spai in our corp brought on by poor Hiring practices in my previous Corp.

Just do your research, people. And be paranoid as hell. I frequently quote the second line of my Bio:

I really don't see how a capsuleer can be a scam. Scammer maybe. But not Valerio, of all registered pilots his honour is known most far and wide.
