Can you get chat channel data from the API?

Like the title says, is there a way to get chat channel data, or do you have to scan your own chat log files?

Oh and random question, can you delete your chat log files when they start to stack up?

The only way to see chat logs are by finding them on your PC, or by being CCP and spying on everyone *puts on tin foil hat*

You can delete the chat log files. They should be located at: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\Documents\EVE\logs\Chatlogs
