These are Hound pilots, the best for Amarr fw missions, with CovopsV for max torp damage, and Sec Connections V for max LP payouts.

All have standings to accept Amarr lev4 missions - saving you time, or 750m if you paid to share someone's missions.

Obviously, they aren't high SP - but they are designed to do FW missions, and nothing else. For that you need dps (thus covopsV), and bare minimum skills in things like targeting range and navigation. Beyond that doesn't really make a lot of difference.

Price is 3.5bn. I'd like to be cheaper, but they had 2 plex worth of training, and it costs another 2 plex to transfer. Ultimately you'll make it back pretty quickly though.

All usual CCP rules, I'll pay transfer fee, no killrights, positive wallet, 0.0000000 sec status, have never been in combat or had any interaction with anyone. They have a set of +3s. Currently located in an Amarr fw station.
