In early: Windows 10 & ESC key

Running EVE under Windows 10, I get a quite strange error when hitting the ESC key to open the options window - no matter if during character selection or mid-game: The window cannot be closed anymore, be it hitting ESC again, using the "Close window" button or X-ing it, only way to leave is then to quit game.

I know, W10 is not even released yet, maybe still worth mentioning.
Btw: running eve via exefile.exe.

Posting on my main, because not giving a f-word about like or not :)

same problem here too

after a fresh windows 8.1 Installation I can't close the Option Window anymore after opening it.
It doesn't matter if its in the Login Screen, Character Screen or Ingame it won't close by clicking the "Close Window" button or hitting Escape.
I am too using the exefile.exe strangely with the launcher there seems to be no issue
