Noctis with Salvaging at level 5 and Ore industrial at level 4. I think that’s an almost perfect Noctis pilot. I believe Noctis just needs rigs and Ore Industrial trained to 5 to be perfect.

Can light normal cyno’s
Can use shield transporter. I was trying to get him into Basilisk to shield rep my main (also for sale). Can use the shield rep equipment, but needs more training to be able to do it for extended period of time.
