If you're looking for help during your wardec, here is an example of what I've done and what turned out to be a very bad idea. After making the post below, my corporation became a target for way more that I could anyhow handle, so mind your deeds and do not follow my mistake, and never post a request for help here. Or at least do it from some other account/toon.

I'm looking for a merc corp to help my corporation in war we're having at the moment.

First of all, I'm NOT willing to pay UP FRONT. I got screwed a couple of times with paying a merc corp that didn't show up, so I propose a different deal. I'm willing to pay 50mil after I see that at least couple of your members have moved to our system, then I'm willing to pay 10mils for evey kill you'll get (up to 200mil), no matter if my members participated in it or you did it by yourself. Also, if there will be a surrender offer, I'm willing to give all ISK from it to you.

If you don't mind that kind of deal, here is some info on the situation.

Target corp has 6 members.

We're being camped by 3 players who are 95% of time piloting those ships: Harbinger, Apocalypse, Proteus, Phantasm. They're online mostly around 17-24 EVE time. Their killboards are not great, but not terrible as well (mostly MTU kills and ganks with couple decent actions).

One of the targets seems pretty experienced in PVP (the one piloting t3 cruiser) while the others seems medioker.

Gl finding a merc corp that will take a contract under those conditions. Also, you may want to exercise a bit more discretion when asking for merc assistance..for reasons that may be obvious to you now.

Not being paid up front is unworkable, and the amount you're offering for the risk and effort involved is downright insulting.

Also buddy if you wish to protect your corp learn how to defend your self get some basic skills and some pvp skills and make it mandatory for your peeps to do so to

instant basic pvp backup that might just bloody their nose enough to hurt their precious kill boards

It started out as a mining op, but got rebranded as a pvp op after you showed up to slaughter them.

Fold your corp up and disband it, then immediately recreate it. Every time they wardec you, repeat this process. Don't post anymore about it and don't respond to any mails or convos they send you. Eventually they will get bored and go away.

This thread by the way is a prime example of why it's generally best to just use the good old fashioned methods of evading a wardec. The second you point out to mercs that you are wardecced and willing to pay for it to go away, you become a target.
