Unlocking all racial clothing

Clothing should not be race restricted, but it should be only seeded in racial areas, and maybe some clothing should be illegal in others. For example, the short miniskirt or even shorts should be illegal in Amarr.

Yep, because removing a restriction and then putting slightly less annoying one in its place is a good idea. Ugh

I'm pretty sure a Capsuleer can wear whatever he/she wants no matter where they live.

I followed your link from your signature and I had to comment, lol. I would love to see this happen as well. For instance, I made one of my alts for instance a specific race because I wanted the sunglasses. I would love to see clothing unlocked to all races. <3 Much love

I'd like to have my minmatar char his robe and mouthpiece back again
While the options were less in the old character builder, it had some good
race specific clothes.
Also i would like to see an overall like Ripley in alien, with the option to wear it on the waist!

Seems like CCP has already stopped releasing the other variants of the new clothing line already.. such a waste.

I am oriental and I think I was created near the start of this new character creation Carbon engine stuff.

There seems to be a lack of long hair options that don't look like wigs stuck on wrong. Also, the monochrome GUI and lack of hair colour options ... is there a Bronie hater in the offices? P

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

CCP said they wanted to update the UI for the character creator from that avatar meeting we had a few months ago so you might get your wish for that.

+1 to OP.

But I don't think they should be available immediately. A new-born toon is coming out of a specific culture and would wear clothing from that culture. But after they go out unto the universe they pick up new things (literally and figuratively) and can become more individualized.

This idea I posted on another thread ties into this. You could go out and find items to add to your wardrobe, including everything found in other races' default clothing sets.
