Eve is ghey and so are you!

Do not assume anything above this line was typed by me. Nerf the Truth, it's inconvenient.

... people keep letting me down and I am tired of repeating myself to lack wits.

... your accents are horrible and I don't want to hear you breathing in my ear.

... the stuff you talk about is tedious and boring.

... the good people in this game are too diluted.

.. the few ones that are found are loyal to some dill weed due to Stockholm's.

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Because some people think they know better than others and need to be brow beaten into the correct style of play. As for the question...cause I can.

I was once a CEO of a 40 man corp and then a player in a 400 man alliance

12 chat channels open and 16 private chats, 8 of them flashing.

multiple private chats opening before the screen has loaded.

I now live between the cracks as a solo outcast and i would not have it any other way.

I am hunted more often than i hunt

I am on guard all of the time.

i switch between high, low and nullsec whenever i feel

Does this answer your question

Many reasons

1. Erratic schedule makes anything group-related difficult.

2. I support and occasionally code software for several hundred companies. By 17:00, I am "peopled out".

3. A prior experience as a guild master which amounted to playing den mother/scout master/guidance councilor to dozens of boys being ravaged by puberty

4. Chat channels filled with "MOAR TEARS!", "HTFU!", etc annoy me. I thought this might be a consequence of age but I realized that BBS-era "warez kiddie speak" annoyed me too.

5. Gate camping and roaming to protect what amounts to a few database tables on an Icelandic server doesn't strike me as a good time. Sneaking into them alone, on the other hand, has its' moments.

Based on your experience with rifle teams, smaller squads and "rules of 2" work better.

You have nothing to say to most people.

You don't want to lose ships on someone elses war for losses they won't replace.

Too many ganktards camping bubbles with nothing better to do.

You flew sober in an CTA OP 1 time, and everybody else was drunk.

Learning X-07AB type system names reminds you that white kids like complexity way too much.

You are not the boss and others have not earned your respect to boss you around.

You have a problem with authority because RL with the NDAA, checkpoints, PATRIOT act, and police state have enough authority as it is, without neckbeards trying to feel just as powerful in a game.

You bothered to interact with the guy in Jita and the game felt like an episode of the Jerry Springer Show.

All the minerals you mine are belong to you, not to be turned into something a corp thief will just take later on.

Opportunity Cost means that even if you liked losing ships, you could not keep doing it forever.

You want to play with others, but until people stop trying to be the final authority on what your skills should be, you will have to train all of them up so nobody will complain.

There are too many people sitting around being ass hats and using "this is EvE" as their excuse, therefore nobody can be trusted. .

Elements of these, for me. I don't necessarily need to be the person in charge, but the person in charge DOES need to be smarter than me. Or at least better at EVE than me. Thus far, I have not found a group of people I am willing to trust. Also, not cap ships, but any losses. I don't mind losing ships in a committed action or to simply being outclassed/outnumbered, but I do mind losing ships to stupid FCs who have no idea what they're doing.

As a father, and likely your senior, I was asking a valid question to gain some insight into a topic I hold near and dear.

BTW, it is not all about you.

You didnt ask any questions, you made clear statements.... why dont you just go play your game and let others play theirs...

Why don't you pull the corncob out, and wipe that smug trout pout off your face?

Your comment is totally unsocial, you're unable to accept other people think differently from you because has unsocial has you are you think your point of view is the only one valid.

What do you know people have or have not, what do you know about someone's personal goals and wtf you think you are to make assumptions about someone totally anonymous to you? -you presumptuous kid

My goodness you're really disturbed...

Did you try lately to find a job irl and have your own family ?? -I gess not, you live in your imaginary world where you think you know everything about everyone because you think you exist and are better than others. Internet nerds can be weird....

Well let me give you a piece of advice, go out buy newspapers try to meet people and maybe you'll meet some girls stupid enough to make you happy 5min and I hope not cause humanity would be loosing all around, but who knows she might has well give you kids.
Find a job and try rl what social experience means, try to become a little more human and dam I think it's a lost bet already.

See you after life in what I'm concerned Bear

This is a pretty dumb question tbh.

I PVP solo because I can just log in and go for it and it's more challenging, therefore more rewarding.

I don't really get how you can be so opposed to the possibility, which is suggested by the snarky nature of most of your suggestions in the OP.
