How do you Change your credit card information in the account page ? i can't manually do it ? it will not let me switch to another card or i can not find the option for it.. this should be really easy but i dont have an idea.

You cannot simply change your credit card information, you just buy game time with your new credit card and those informations will be used later for automatic renewal of your subscription.

that is the most shady way of doing things i think, sorry you can't change your own personal information about your own money unless you give us more money first...

Why would you want to change your credit card information if you don't wanna buy more game time?

You can buy more game time on the last day of your sub with your new card, nothing really different.

I need to change the info real quick to buy plex on a gift card i got., should be really simple to change like any other games.. the fact i have to give them money to change info or take down. the point is though, it shouldn't be held ransom unless you have to give them something first. freedom of your own payment methods and information. we shouldn't have to be wasting time dealing with customer service and waiting days for a ticket either just to do so.

Agreed...

I've been trying to do the same. It is incredibly stupid. I have my Credit Card tied to like 15 other services and every single one of them allowed me to do a change to remove my old card number and add the new one. But not this one no... It's lame...
