Graphics Card for Max Settings on Eve

I'm computer stupid. Would either of these graphics cards let me run 3 Eve Clients at max settings? Or do you perhaps have a better suggestion in the $200 and less price range?

Asus R9270-DC2OC-2GD5

PowerColor AXR9 270X 2GBD5-PPDHE

Gigabyte GV-N660OC-2GD

My motherboard is an Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS

It also have alot better performance in alot of games over the R9 280 and even the R9 280X Blink.
