I'd go slightly more, but I've been watching how much they've sold for in the past, and since they can only be used with new accounts the value to me just isn't that high.

How do you transfer the code via account management if its only for a new account not yet created? in order to transfer the code, it must goto a character name, but any character name would have already been created, thus it is not a new account. The reason I ask is I tried to sell one, a 60 day new account only timecode, and it will not transfer to an existing account.
