A few days ago I came over some.. Okay, a shitload of more ISK than I ever had befor..
I am therefor in the market of a new house since I dont want to live in space for the rest of my life..
I dont care on what planet as long as it have what I'm looking for.

1. No more than 45 min to a city.
2. I want it to include an outdoor swiming pool.. A big one.. I cant swim but I want one.
3. A room with a bar, and not one of em minibars.. Least big enough for 10-12 people.
4. The house must have a master bedroom that is bigger than what I have right now. So more than 8 square meters..
5. A library.. Even though I've never read a book.. I want one..

If anyone got what I'm looking for, or know of a place that is for sale, then please contact me.
I realy want one of em fancy buildings thats built out of real wood if possible..

That will surely be expensive. Like thousands of ISKs.

Buy me a house while you are at it. A house in a city, mind you. Can't stand the country folk.

Oh my, whole swimming pool?... This is so big!
I would recommend though getting a small chapel instead of a pool.

There is no better home than the High Path...

Those of you who want to find the freedom, do not seek it in the self-abusive drinks or short-termed joy.

Seek the eternal peace with self-sacrifice.

The way to the heavens is not far, but it is full of decievers.

Have you considered just having it built to your specs? I know low-sec temperates get a bad rap, but find a quiet system away from the fighting and you're set. Rock bottom labor and land prices, even in the major cities.

Or, hell, just buy a city block, renovate one building, and rent out the rest. No need to start from scratch, everything's walking distance, and you get your choice of neighbors too.

Because spiritual health is more important than corporeal.

Sorry but when my body needs healing I visit a doctor not a priest. Right tool for the job, you know?

...

You do know that one ISK is enough to live like a king on most planets, right? Even giant piles of planetary money big enough to fill full cubic meters of space don't add up to one ISK.

Seriously, if you want to go retire, go find yourself someplace and build a gold statue outside your door for giggles. Or a giant replica of your ship that can make pew-pew noises at passing air traffic until you get noise complaints.
