There are those who would stifle freedom for ISK; those who rule without legitimacy; those who make promises they will not keep; those who subjugate regular man and capsuleer for their own profit under the pretense of "security"; those who wish to expand the tyranny of the Amarr Empire beyond its own borders.

Then there's Ushra'Khan. We stand in the way of this evil and bring a promise of freedom -- one we have delivered on and will continue to do so. We do what the Tribal Liberation Force and the Minmatar Republic cannot do: take direct action against tyranny at its source, and quell its expansion.
