The character expression feels pretty damn genuine, the background matches pretty well, perhaps you might want to fiddle with the ligting a bit.

Usually I'd advocate a different hair color to contrast with the background, but this works very nicely on yours.

Looks better in the full-sized portrait than the small one- and it's very nice Smile

The one thing I'd fix would be the mouth position and, possibly, the pupil dilation.

Good use of lighting and background, it all fits together well. No gripes besides the hair clipping, which is EVE's fault and not yours. Good work, 9/10.
