CSM Vote Match - I'm looking for your questions!

Hi everyone.

Every election since the CSM4 elections I've ran CSM Vote Match, a website where you can match your views and opinions about Eve with the views and opinions of the candidates. Last year I also hosted a Vote Match for the Dust 514 CPM elections. Every year, thousands of voters use this website to help decide on their list of candidates.

But I need your help!

I need statements to present to the candidates (and the voters), and I like them to be as diverse and useful as possible. It's not easy coming up with 40-60 statements by myself so that is why I am asking you. The questions are mainly multiple choice questions, with a few open questions. I'd like suggestions for both, but please also include the possible answers if you suggest a multiple choice question.

Multiple choice question examples

Q: How should CCP balance development of new content vs improving old content
* More towards new content than currently
* More towards improving old content than currently
* CCP currently have the balance about right

You can find more examples here.

You get the idea. No eve-related topic, both game and meta-game, is taboo. Do make sure that it is a question people can have different opinions on, so no "Should CCP fix the lag?" because nobody would answer "no" to that.

Thanks in advance!

Here's a question I'd like to ask CSM candidates:

What are the most important changes (if any) that you feel should be made to strategic cruisers?
1.) they are fine as they are, or very minor tweaks
2.) they should receive buffs, especially to all of the useless subsystems
3.) they need heavy nerfs, especially to their tremendous hit points/resistances
4.) they need heavy nerfs, especially to their damage or offensive potential
5.) they could use some minor nerfs and other rebalancing
6.) they need a complete re-work, the current setup is unsalvageable

And another:

How should development resources be spent toward mining?
1.) CCP should leave mining as is and focus resources elsewhere
2.) Mining needs more work, with more ships and tools to increase miners' power
3.) Mining needs to become more active and that goal is worth development resources
4.) Mining needs work but only simple changes so as not to redirect resources from more important developments
5.) CCP should embrace the passiveness of mining more and make AFK mining a more valid gameplay style than it is

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Last year's questions were rather exhaustive.

CCP - Building ant hills and magnifying glasses for fat kids

Not even once

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.
