9.The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation.

bump... first to offer 7.5 bil for me gets a brand new tengu toon with full dps skills done (heavy missile spec 5, warhead upgrades 5, cybernetics 5, caldari offensive 5)
character has no roles in corp so it can drop corp any time
it has a set of +5 implants and a zmh2000 implant
